We didn’t think it could get any better until we were forced out of our home.🤪

The old home had so many things we didn't like anymore but wouldn't consider changing because it felt easier to take it as it was than do something about it.

I find this human experience quite fascinating.🤪

The more I let my emotions run wild, the more I restrict myself to see what is right in front of me. But when I acknowledge my emotions and let them pass through, I can see, feel and hear the signs more clearly.

And still, it's my choice to listen.

Yesterday, my intuition said, "Tuesday is not a good day. You're too busy! Attention to your energy!" I thought, yeah, I am pretty tired, but let's see how I feel tomorrow, and then I can reach out if needed.
When I opened my phone in the morning, l saw the message that the client wanted to reschedule. I felt relieved, to be honest, because I woke up feeling exhausted, and I want to be at my best when I support my clients.

But apparently, the Universe has already taken the initiative for me. It's not the first time that time has responded to me. I truly believe this happens because I practise flow & openness. But as with everything, it's a practice journey. I was so in flow & riding my high vibe wave that I couldn’t say no to another opportunity, so it was taken care of. Thank you, Universe!

Have you ever thought about why high-class brands cost what they cost?

When we compare the products of high priced brands and low priced brands/sellers the products don’t differ much. Common thought is, it's about the quality. But it's not.

The difference is, they sell not the product but the EXPERIENCE you have with the product/service.

So when I compare this to the wellness coaching industry I see those cookie-cutting courses competing in pricing by offering 100s of features + this if free + that is free whereas others sell 2k, 5k, 10k programs with the same amount of effort or even less.

In conclusion, the low price offers here in this example are selling the product + its features but the high priced offer are selling the experience, the benefits it has for their customer’s life.

It’s not about having high prices just because, it’s about offering an experience to your clients that they value more than all the features that may be even overwhelming.

It’s the human connection, sharing values, feeling seen, belonging.

So if you have a offer don’t think about how much you have to cramp into it to make it seem over-valued but more of how it may change the situation for someone.

Whereas when I see a similar course with 5 features, maybe 2 bonuses + the opportunity to get feedback on what I’m creating in this container, I’m like “yesss please, sign me up!”

Me not giving a damn anymore!

My family being sensitive about why I don’t answer my phone, but taking a long time to answer themselves.🤷‍♀️

Booking an 8 hours flight to find out I could stay with my best friend for only one day.🙈

Bending over with a night shift to deliver on time to get notified the client will produce the deliverables one week later.🙃

And the list goes on. I’m throwing the hat. Bye Jas…

Just kidding. Of course not! Through these setbacks, I learn more and more to be strong in my boundaries. That’s a benefit in disguise, honestly!

If I didn’t have those, I wouldn’t learn, would I?🤪

So reframing these setbacks helped me to accept what happened and move on, and they sound like this:

I haven’t answered my phone, so I can be in focus on my work – to transform lives, what my soul's purpose is. I will get back to you asap, my beloved family, I want to take my time to give you my full attention. Okay? Okay.😉

I booked this flight so I can get every second to be with you, no matter how long, I appreciate and love you. So if that means an 8 hours flight, so be it. One day is better than none!😸

I did an amazing job on time so that I can do something else for the rest of that time or just do nothing, how about that?🧐

But the dance and this song helped even better. lol.

So whenever you have a bad day or feel like shit’s happening to you, sing this song, move your body and reframe the shits happening to you, so you have even more to laugh. ‘hopefully’

I am naturally set in my thinking pattern, but by hearing the perspective of a coach and hearing myself voicing my belief, I can choose if it makes sense what I'm thinking or if I can see it from another angle as thought. Only then, when my mind believes - makes a connection, can I shift the way I'm thinking.

After applying the new thinking pattern and a positive experience results out of this, it's like engraved, and the mind is rewired to the new empowered way. So no going back here, only going forward. Step by step.✨

Often we are confused about how we can help someone else if we can't help ourselves. And that, my friend, is the little ego that wants to keep us safe from challenges.🙅‍♀️

For a fact, we can help someone and not have everything figured out ourselves. It's much easier to do for someone else than yourself because you don't have the thinking blockages and self-doubts about your client you have for yourself.💖

Recently Instagram made some changes, and it will continue to make changes.

It got quite a shitstorm around that. Many are complaining, and I can see why. When you have your strategy that works, and suddenly everything drops is annoying and can feel frustrating.

But these changes can mean opportunities to break out of our comfort zone.

There will always be life changes.

Change is good to keep moving and evolving.

Let’s try not to react out of fear but to see it as a new chance.

I see it as an opportunity to reach new eyes.

A chance for those with lesser follower counts not to be overlooked by the before prioritised bigger accounts.

I invite you to go inward and ask yourself:
Is there anything you wanted to try out you've been putting aside?

Maybe: hop on stories more?
Show up more on reels to show your personality?
Showing some behind-the-scenes and experimenting with your video recording skills?
Or even diversify your marketing to other platforms like email, Pinterest, LinkedIn?

Whatever it is that you’ve been putting aside out of fear of messing with your Instagram statistics, now could be a great time to experiment without expectation, fear of messing something up and just with curiosity. Because we are all experiencing some kind of drop in engagement or views. So what could we lose more other than evolving, right?

Maybe something great comes out of it that you wished you’d tried sooner. 😉

For example, I’m experimenting with more BTS from life, designing, business and less educational how-to stuff. And I see a spike in engagement.
